Palace Resorts has announced a number of new hires in its sales department.

The resort company has named Magda Hanna its new regional director of sales for the West Coast and Linda Finley the company’s director of sales for the Southeast Region.

According to a company statement, the two will “lead sales initiatives relating to the meetings, incentives, conventions and events (MICE) market.”

“As Palace Resorts continues to experience remarkable growth, we are eager to align ourselves with likeminded, goal-oriented executives who can best serve the demands of our growing portfolio while also bringing new strategic ideas to the table,” said Gibran Chapur, Executive Vice President of Palace Resorts. “Magda’s proven performance, creativity and experience make her the ideal candidate to further develop sales opportunities throughout the West Coast. With a large portion of our business coming from the Southeast region, we are confident Linda’s expertise in corporate sales coupled with her experience working with all-inclusive brands throughout the world will help the brand achieve our group goals.”

Palace Resorts has eight resort properties in Mexico and the wider Caribbean region.

The appointments come a little over a month after the company named three new business development managers to its field sales department.
