British Virgin Islands’ Oil Nut Bay Debuts New Villa, “The Cliffs”

The Oil Nut Bay property on Virgin Gorda in the British Virgin Islands has debuted its new villa, “The Cliffs.”

The property includes three units: an “upper grand unit,” with 1,334 square feet, along with two lower units, each of which is 890 square feet.

The penthouse includes decor by Fendi Casa and a full-size swimming pool.

Oil Nut Bay is located on a 300-acre site on the eastern peninsula of Virgin Gorda, only accessible by helicopter or boat.

David Johnson, chairman of Victor International, is the project’s developer.
