Spain-based Occidental Hotels & Resorts, which recently opened the five-star Royal Oasis hotel in Haiti, will be placing the hotel into its Occidental Vacation Club, the company announced.

Occidental Vacation Club, a partial vacation ownership programme, will be an “important component,” at the Oasis, the company said.

“The self-contained hotel is a perfect addition to our growing mix of vacation clubs in the Caribbean,” said Luis Namnum, President of Occidental Vacation Club. “Guests will find everything they need from fine dining to quick snacks, a great bar and lounge area, hair salon, art gallery and even bank services.

The Royal Oasis offers five bars and restaurants. Occidental’s Vacation Club holidays include unlimited meals and snacks, including unlimited alcoholic beverages.

“Our club is known for its high quality all-inclusive experience and we are pleased to be offering that possibility to our members who stay at the Royal Oasis,” Namnum said. “The décor and features of the hotel are designed to maintain a stress free Oasis for visitors to relax from the hustle and bustle of Port Au Prince.”

The club also has resorts in Aruba, Costa Rica, the Dominican Republic and Mexico.
