Caribbean Home: A Gem on Cayman’s Seven Mile Beach

By: Caribbean Journal Staff - January 3, 2013

The latest property to be featured in Caribbean Home is a four-bedroom, four-bathroom single-family home on Grand Cayman’s Seven Mile Beach.

The beachfront property, which is located on a 0.34-acre site opposite Galleria Plaza, was built in 2006 at 42 Lizard Run.

The party piece is that the home has 75 feet of sandy beach to call your own.

“It is one of the very few homes on the world-famous Seven Mile Beach, which is generally consumed by larger developments and high-end condominiums,” said RE/MAX’s Michael Joseph, who has the co-listing with Kass Coleman. “So you have the luxury of the the privacy and tranquility of a home in the heart of an area under high, high demand.”

The home is currently listed at $8.9 million.
