For the third year in a row, St Lucia’s Cap Maison resort will be launching its Chef Series, which imports chefs from restaurants around the world and puts them in the kitchen at the Cliff at Cap restaurant helmed by Chef Craig Jones.

This year, the guest chefs will be Julian Marshall of Bleeding Hart in London; Jose Pizarro of Jose and Pizarro restaurants, also in London, and Joe Truex of Watershed on Peachtree in Atlanta, Georgia.

The chefs will be heading to the resort on Jan. 25-26, March 1-2 and March 15-16, respectively.

“By bringing guest chefs to Cap Maison, we keep things fresh and bring new influences to our restaurants,” said Ross Stevenson,” general manager at the resort. “It’s also an opportunity for our culinary staff to spend time abroad working in their respective kitchens. In the end, it’s really [a] collaboration between Chef Craig and the visting chefs.”

Each visit is accompanied by a special Chef Series weekend package.

Cap Maison has been expanding of late, with a larger Cliff Bar and additional seating at the Cliff at Cap.

The resort is located on the 1,500-acre Cap Estate on the northern tip of St Lucia.
